In April, we will be exploring wines with Phipps Family Cellars.
We invite you to explore this boutique winery that was founded in 2004 which produces ultra-premium wines from the finest vineyards throughout the Napa & Sonoma Valleys. The focus of Phipps Family Cellars is to source fruit from a variety of appellations that express unique qualities in the wines produced from them. Offering wines of impeccable quality and character, we are proud to be showcasing their Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, and signature small lot Zinfandel.
Featuring elegant and heritage wines from family estate vineyards in both Napa and Sonoma, our Executive Chef Scott Simpson and The Depot culinary team will be preparing four courses uniquely paired for each wine.
