A Tinned Fish & Canned Wine Experience

Join us for an educational and delicious walk about event that will feature five creative small bites using a variety of sustainable and delicious tinned fish products each paired with a canned wine.
Tinned fish has been around for centuries; it’s played a role in cultural cuisines around the world, including coastal regions in Spain and Portugal (where products are referred to as “conservas”) as well as Korea, China, and Japan. But Stateside, canned seafood products have historically been relegated to mayo-laden tuna sandwiches or less-than-appetizing pizza toppings. Today, the tides are turning. Tinned fish is rising to not just acceptance but prominence in America, particularly among folks who are looking for convenient, nutrient-dense, and sustainable meal solutions—or in some cases, transportive dining opportunities.
Our Chefs are excited to showcase how sustainable tinned fish can be just as delicious and high-quality as available fresh fish, if not more so.
We have chosen to pair our team’s creations with the equally trendy and sustainable canned wine. Canned wine is lightweight and convenient, easy to open and pour, they don't require a corkscrew or wine glasses. This makes them a great option for casual gatherings or when you're short on time. The Aluminum cans are easily recyclable, making them a more environmentally friendly option than glass bottles. There is a canned wine to suit every taste and budget. Come taste and familiarize yourself with some of our favorites.
Doors & Bar will open at 5pm for a pre-dinner happy hour if you would like to join us. Happy hour libations not included in ticket price.
Dinner with Wine Pairings cost $59 per person + tax & gratuity.
