In collaboration with Executive Chef Robbie Nicolaisen from The Hound and our Executive Chef Scott Simpson, we an invite you to an exclusive evening celebrating the bounty of the sea. A playful twist on this Italian celebration, both Chefs will be preparing uniquely inspired sustainable seafood dishes showcasing local and heritage products.
