Ashton Puckett serves as General Manager at The Depot, bringing more than a decade of hospitality experience from both the Auburn-Opelika area and Fairfax, Virginia. His career includes front of house leadership positions at The Warehouse Bistro (Opelika), Coastal Flats (Fairfax), and Sweetwater Tavern (Fairfax), where he developed a passion for exceptional service, team leadership, and creating memorable dining experiences. Ashton holds a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and is ServSafe certified, combining a strong knowledge of wine with a commitment to hospitality excellence. He takes pride in curating and maintaining The Depot's award-winning wine program, which has earned Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence year after year. Dedicated to both guests and staff, Ashton is passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere where outstanding food, wine, and service come together to deliver an unforgettable experience.
